Kurzweil 1000 Version 14.13 Release Notes

Release 14.13 has the following changes:

(1) Remove an error message saying "SetStringInLMReg - really, you can't expect this to work these days..."
seen by some users when starting Kurzweil 1000 after they applied the 14.12 patch.

(2) Various other bug fixes.
